Almost all of Spider-Man's "fighting crime" consists of him chasing down a criminal who's successfully fleeing the police. But does this ever actually happen?

2) The West Side Tower, upon which Dr. Octopus and Spider-Man have a fight, does not actually pass quite that close to the Bay Ridge R train or its elevated train track through Manhattan.
